This extended training session is designed to help get you ready for your CQC interview and adequately prepare you for your first CQC inspection. The focus will be on improving your knowledge and motivating you to continually strive for excellence in regards to quality & safety within your service.

This detailed, helpful & informative day (5 Hours including comfort breaks) will discuss many importance CQC areas that you need to be aware of including:


  • Discussing in detail the areas of knowledge needed for your new registered role
  • Outlining the key CQC Regulations and Guidance- with advice on how to evidence compliance
  • Exploring the CQC Single Assessment Framework and how you can effectively prepare for inspection
  • Networking & exloring reflective practice questions to discuss & share good compliance practice

Georgina specialises in CQC compliance and good governance for adult social care and healthcare providers. She runs her own Healthcare Compliance Consultancy business - ‘Inspired for Health’ and her professional, qualified and experienced healthcare quality team provide a wide range of support to providers which includes:

Our expert team have worked in healthcare and adult social care for over 30 years, giving them a wealth of practical, front line experience as well as strategic knowledge and practice.

After completing her Nursing Diploma, Law Degree and Masters Georgina supported Adult Social Care Providers, NHS Acute Trusts & Primary Care on a variety of compliance areas including: Audit, CQC Regulations, Safe Staffing, Consent, Governance and Quality Monitoring.

Georgina has also worked in the NHS as a Quality & Governance Lead Nurse, Internal Healthcare Auditor, Risk Manager, Claims and Litigation Manager, Quality Programme Manager, Information Governance Manager, District Nurse and Acute Medical Nurse as well as many roles within Nursing/Care Home and Domiciliary Care settings.

She has also gained 10 years experience in audit and was a Specialist Professional Advisor (SPA) for the CQC for nearly 11 years.
