Event description

Find out how to effectively and quickly grow your business into the right international markets at this workshop.

Over two days we’ll discuss:

  • How to identify the international market opportunity for your products
  • What you need to know and plan for in prioritising and developing each targeted international market
  • How you can maximise the international opportunity for your business

We’ll provide a range of tools, checklists and advice for you to use in developing your international business strategies. And draw on a range of company case studies and examples of how growth companies have successfully developed sales in international markets.

Benefits of attending

If you have a high growth potential product and you’re new to or relatively inexperienced in developing your business internationally, this event will help you:

  • Access support and export market information to take back into the company for each stage of the export process
  • Gain a better understanding of what’s involved in developing a successful international business model
  • Establish the next steps for your business

You’ll have access to the resources to develop your own online international action plan to implement into your business, and the opportunity to network with other like-minded businesses.

Create your export plan

We’ll help you create an export plan – a secure and confidential online working document. You can edit your plan at any time and, once complete, send it to your designated adviser for feedback and comment.

You can register and start using the export plan tool right away.
