Course Overview
To understand the scope and impact of the new rights and explore actions that employers need to consider in advance of the new Employment Rights Bill (ERB).
Going beyond the technical legal aspects of the new ERB, this interactive session will focus on its possible impact and implications.
Irrespective of what the final rules will be, it will require a shift of mindset for some and a move towards more proactive people management and more robust processes. We will explore how to conduct an ERB Impact Assessment for your organisation and outline what you can do now to prepare – to be best placed once the new legal framework is finalised.
