We will be celebrating the completion of the first phase of the co-design process, showcasing some of the work participants have produced, the co-design team Lugadero will present the results of the co-design process, and discuss the the next steps. There will be food and refreshments.

What is the Community Street?
Westway Trust has secured funding from the GLA Good Growth Fund to make significant improvements to the estate through a project called Community Street. The Community Street encompasses the whole Westway estate from Westway Community Transport on Acklam Road to Stable Way and will include improvements to lighting, additional greening, tackling poor air quality and improving a number of the Trust’s buildings. The Trust appointed co-design team LUGADERO, working with local community members, and architectural team DK-CM in summer 2021 to take these proposals forward to delivery.
