Built by Kier Construction for the Ministry of Justice, it was designed and built using modern methods of construction and picked up wins in the Digital Construction, Offsite Project of the Year and Client of the Year categories. The trio of awards recognised the innovative approach in using MMC and BIM, as well as the integration and collaborative working between the design and build team and the client.
