- Creating a mindset to channel confidence and energy.
- Raising self-awareness, managing unhelpful self-talk and getting desensitised to traditionally nerve-wracking situations.
- Discovering how to structure a presentation for maximum impact.
- How to deal with challenging scenarios and audience questions/objectives.
