Former Head of Public Engagement at UCL and a Wellcome Trust Engagement Fellow, Steve teaches public engagement and presenting for clients including the Royal Society, elite universities, research funders and government agencies.

Steve Cross has trained thousands of researchers all over the world to communicate, and in this fun interactive session he'll help you to improve your presentations and the ways you talk about your work. Learn how to package the knowledge you want to impart in an easy digestible way and how to understand your potential audience needs to make for a far more productive presentation. This training session we'll sharpen up your skills in delivering presentations that pack a punch.

Steve is both a science communication consultant and a stand-up comedian, so expect some silliness as well as some serious tips to help you become the most engaging and interesting speaker you can be.
