This course will build on your experience in making presentations. It will help you examine how you can put your case to your audience, demonstrating the value, added value and cost effectiveness of your pitch. It will consider how you should organise your material, how to arouse the interest of your audience and how to present a positive image. It will also encourage you to anticipate what follow-up questions you might be asked and how best to respond to them.
