Presenting With Confidence - Part 2
Mon 13 February 2017, 18:00 – 19:30 GMT
This is Part 2 of the Presenting With Confidence workshop - following on from Part 1 on Monday 30th January
In Part 1 we look at what makes a good, brilliant, bad and forgettable presentation, how to prepare effectively and ensure you deliver a memorable presentation for the right reasons.
Here in Part 2 we put it all into practice, testing out the techniques learnt and going into more detail on body language, speech and your style of presenting.
You’ll build your confidence further and approach your next presentation with a proactive, self-assured outlook.
- Getting up and getting noticed by your audience
- Different presentation styles
- Showing your confidence – even if you’re not
- Nailing your presentation
It is crucial to attend both sessions in order to complete the workshop – please ensure you register for both dates.
Birkbeck Careers and Employability Workshops are interactive sessions and we encourage you to come prepared to ask questions and share your thoughts on the topics at hand.
