Preserving food is a fantastic way to stretch your budget, help the environment and live a healthier life all at the same time.
Discover how to make a variety of preserves like nettle pesto, rhubarb shrub, fermented spring leaves, pickled spring buds and wild garlic salt.
Once you master some basic techniques there will be no end to your creativity.
This session will include tastings and recipe cards.
