About Fran Roberts
Fran Roberts is a London-based psychotherapist, with over 15 years experience, specialising in anxiety and stress. She holds a degree in Psychology, a Certificate in Counselling Skills, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Psychotherapy, and is also a trained facilitator in Growth Mindset training. Fran combines evidence-based psychology with mindfulness and self-compassion practices, offering clients clear and practical tools for lasting change. She has developed her own “Xbox Theory” of anxiety, a creative model that helps people understand the body’s role in anxiety and how to pause its cycle.
About Christopher Dines
Christopher Dines is an author, a seasoned mindfulness coach for therapists and psychologists, and a former DJ. He has published eight books on mindfulness and addiction. Christopher’s books have featured forewords by renowned figures such as Rudolph E. Tanzi, PhD, of Harvard Medical School, and the late John Bradshaw—#1 New York Times bestselling author—at The Meadows, Arizona. Christopher founded and published Mindfulness Burnout Prevention (MBP) training and coaching in 2015. He is particularly in sync with the therapeutic and psychological communities, having worked as part of clinical and therapeutic teams in private clinics, and through facilitating over 200 workshops.
