'Press Pause' One Day Introduction to Meditation Workshop

This workshop has been designed with busy, everyday people in mind; Those who want to find some headspace in a multi-tasking, demanding or stressful life or simply learn tecniques to relax and stay centered.
Pause for the day to learn simple mindfulness techniques, try out different beginners meditation practices, breathing techniques and enjoy a tasty, healthy lunch.
Meditation has been scientifically proven to lower depression, anxiety and blood pressure, boost the immune system, increase focus and concentration and lead to a hightened sense of general wellbeing... and you don't have to be a certain type of person to practice!
This workshop offers a real, relaxed and inclusive approach; all welcome.
