Press & PR for the Creative Sector will explore many tricks of the trade used by Public Relations (PR) professionals to get coverage for their clients. You too can learn these skills to apply to your business and artistic practice so that news of your work spreads far and wide, bringing you more business and increasing your positive reputation!
The workshop will include sessions on:

The workshop will be very 'hands on' involving lots of practical exercises so you can leave inspired to continue your PR practice.
The workshop will be led by Fiona Mitchell-Innes from Culture Business. Fiona has worked with artists, arts organisations and museums for over 25 years. She has been Head of Communications for Arts Council England and has created and led successful award-winning national and regional press campaigns. From her wealth of experience she will ensure you leave with the right tools to easily and successfully apply to your business so that you get exciting and impactful coverage of your work!
