Yes, we will stop around 15 minutes in to the walk at a local supermarket to pick up some refreshments.

We will meet outside the Clifford Whitworth Library, Peel Park Campus.

What time should we meet?

Please arrive at the library at 12:00 at the latest. We will be leaving at 12:05.

This event will involve walking just under an hour to Prestwich Forest Park and enjoying the scenery, as well as the ruins of Irwell House and a former train viaduct before walking back via the River Irwell.
