Come along to this one hour workshop delivered by Action Mental Health to find out more about preventing burnout while you study.
This session will include content on stress and how to recognise and manage signs of burnout. Signposting information for accessing support will also be provided.
Places are limited, so sign up is required. This is an event for students of Queens University Belfast and student ID may be requested.
