Preventing Sexual Harassment at Work

Since October 2024, employers have had a duty to take reasonable, preventive steps to safeguard their employees from sexual harassment in the workplace (including from third parties).

Learn about this new legislation and the measures your business should be taking in this interactive workshop.

This workshop will cover

  • The legal position and what constitutes sexual harassment.
  • Your responsibilities as an employer in relation to preventing sexual harassment
  • How to identify actions that you can take to protect your employees and your business from claims of sexual harassment.
