Will i need ID?

Yes, if you are fortunate enough to look under 25 please bring photographic ID, if you fail to provide you may not be permitted to enter the event and a refund will not be issued

Where is the nearest train station?

Ware, a 5 minute drive away, we are on a busy road with no tow path, you can not walk here

Can i get a refund if I'm unwell?

Unfortunately, according to our Terms and Conditions, all tickets are non-refundable unless  cancelled by us. You can resell your ticket as we do not require names for entry. Just send them your QR code

Is there a Bar?

There is a fully stocked licenced bar and a few tables and chairs, but not seating for everyone and coat racks

Is there a dress code?

Your out out!! So make an effort!!There is no strict dress code for this event. We recommend wearing comfortable clothing and shoes, after all your going to be dancing all night

Are your headphones compatible with hearing aids and implants?

Accepted Answer

Yes our headphones are compatible with standard hearing aids, however if the hearing aids are designed to amplify in the range of 70hz-8500hz, the headphones are unlikely to be compatible. This would potentially cause them distortion and across the board for all Silent disco Equipment.

Will you sell tickets on the door on the night?

Accepted Answer

No If the event is sold-out, that means all 200 headphones have been booked so we will not release any additional tickets or sell them at the door due to maximum capacity and health and safety regulations.
