About this event

Health • Mental health

Life can be busy, stressful, and sometimes a bit isolating. Many of us don’t often get the chance to sit with other men and talk openly about what’s really going on — the good and the bad.

This Men’s Circle is a simple, welcoming space to do just that. We gather every second Friday evening to slow down, share, and listen to each other in a relaxed and supportive environment.

There’s no pressure to speak — you’re welcome to just sit and listen. You don’t need any experience, just a willingness to show up.

What to expect:

  • A friendly, confidential space to talk and be heard
  • Some simple grounding practices to help you arrive fully
  • Guided themes and questions to spark conversation
  • Time to connect with other men in an open and supportive way
  • Trained and Experienced facilitators

Practical details:

📅 Date: Friday 10th October (and every second Friday)

🕖 Time: 6:00pm – 9:00pm

📍 Location: Jarrow West Park, Vets Hut

Contribution:

The circle is free to attend. During, we’ll share tea and biscuits together. If you’d like to chip in a small optional cash donation to help cover refreshments and future circles, you’re welcome to — but there’s no obligation.

There’s also the option to stick around for a friendly game of pool or snooker afterwards.

Why come along?

Because it helps to have a place where you can drop in, talk honestly, or just listen to others going through life in their own way. Sometimes that’s all we need — a bit of real conversation in a supportive space.

Come as you are.

About The Primal Way

The Men’s Circle is part of The Primal Way, a growing community creating spaces for real connection, self-reflection, and growth. We run circles, workshops, and gatherings that help people reconnect with themselves and with others in down-to-earth, accessible ways.

You don’t need to know anything about self-development to take part — it’s all about creating simple, human spaces where people can show up as themselves.
