Therapeutic sitting techniques that lengthen the back, counteract slumping, and allow for healthy shoulder and neck placement. You will practice sitting with ease rather than discomfort and learn to navigate the challenges that certain chairs can pose.
3 ways of sleeping/lying down that can provide restorative traction and undoing of various muscle tension that may have built up during your day.
- Standing with ease, which will be a resting position for most muscles, as your bones are stacked well. Long periods of standing can be painless.
- Bending well in which you spare spinal discs and ligaments with a tried & true technique, for each bend throughout your day - bending at the sink, over your desk or to the floor.
Glidewalking, a series of smooth forward propulsions, using the *right* muscles of the lower body while sparing your joints (ankle, knee, hip). This way to walk serves our musculoskeletal structure by design.
To summon your Inner Corset instinctually, to protect your spinal structures during challenging actions such as carrying or twisting that we do routinely and frequently.

What is the refund policy?
You may cancel a course up to 2 weeks before the course start date and receive a refund minus a 10% administrative fee. If cancellation occurs within 2 weeks of the start date, no refund will be given, however you may switch your attendance to other dates that the Gcourse is offerred.

Our techniques are gentle and many consider it an educational intervention for living your daily life in good form. Here are various students who have taken the course.
Before the 1st lesson, we do require students to complete a brief health intake form and body map, which helps the teacher to modify our approach if and when needed according to a student's health history, current situation and level of discomfort or other issues. It's a brief form, instructions on this are in the order form.
If you have a complex history of musculoskeletal or health problems, an initial consultation is a good place to begin your posture journey. You will receive a comprehensive evaluation of your current posture and how it relates to problems you may be having, a projection of what structural changes are possible, and some key ideas and practices to help you improve your structure immediately and long-term.
