Primary Coding League Tournament (KS2/9-11)
Overview
This in-person event is run in partnership with Primary Coding League for schools in and around York.
Schools are invited to bring teams of five pupils (year 5 and 6) to compete in a live coding tournament at the National STEM Learning Centre, York. Pupils will take part in a series of exciting coding challenges, working together to solve problems, develop their digital skills and compete for fantastic prizes!
Teams will:
- Experience four hands-on coding challenges, each designed to test creativity, teamwork and computational thinking.
- Meet other young coders from local schools and be part of a vibrant coding community.
- Have the chance to win prizes and celebrate their achievements at our prize giving ceremony.

Who should attend?
Primary schools in York and surrounding areas. Each school may bring teams of five pupils (year 5 and 6).
This event is for students accompanied by their teacher(s).
Bookings must be made by teachers. 1 ticket per student is needed (teachers do not require separate tickets).
