Training Lead
Aaron Meredith, CEO of The Inspire MAT, and his school teams, welcome delegates to explore the trust’s two outstanding primary settings to delve into the strategic and operational aspects of continued school improvement as they strive for excellence.
First established in 2016, The Inspire Multi Academy Trust (TIMAT) prides itself on strategic and personalised school improvement which has led to both schools moving from Special Measures to Outstanding in their Ofsted gradings. Tor Bridge Primary is one of only thirty-nine schools ever to move from Special Measures to Outstanding at their next inspection in England. Of these 39, only two have been in the South West.
The core purpose of the trust is to give young people the educational opportunities and outcomes they deserve with the aspirations to achieve what they are truly capable of. This purpose, complemented by the TIMAT 5 Cs of Culture, Curriculum, Consistency, Culture and Competitiveness, provide the platform and framework to drive school improvement which is values-driven and always focused on the long term.
The schools continued successes are premised on local and regional collaboration, by learning from and sharing best practice and a trust-wide commitment to excellence in all elements of their delivery.
Fitting with their values, the trust is keen to continue to open their doors to colleagues, sharing their experiences about their continuing journey to developing the schools of choice for the pupils and communities that they serve.
