Wed, 14 Jun 2017, 19:00
14th June: Louise Chester on Mindfulness
Louise Chester first started practising mindfulness 25 years ago when she was working in a top-level and stressful job. She found it helped her have balance in her life while sustaining a pressured career in investment management. Louise left the City in 2001 to establish a consultancy practice offering strategic advice to business leaders and setting up Witherdens Hall, her award-winning, holistic retreat in Kent. In 2010, she founded Mindfulness at Work with the express intention of enabling people to easily access highly-effective mindfulness training, to enable them to create value and thrive, not just in the workplace, but in all areas of their life.
Louise is one of the UK’s leading experts on Mindfulness and can provide answers to all your questions about this rapidly growing practice for daily equilibrium and a calmer state of mind.
