PRINCE2 is a structured, process-based approach for effective project management, it is easily tailored and scale-able for all types of projects. Used across the UK Government and extensively across public and private sector organisations globally, PRINCE2 is recognised as the UK ‘Best Practice’ model for project management.
PRINCE2 is for anyone looking to improve their confidence and knowledge in managing projects successfully within the workplace.
PRINCE2 certification will give you the skills to feel confident in managing projects successfully within the workforce. It is a pre-requisite for over 60 per cent of all Project Management jobs advertised in the UK so can significantly increase your chances of employment (Source ILX Group August 2009).
Using PRINCE2 in your projects will give you common systems, procedures and language. It provides you with greater control of resources, and the ability to manage business and project risk more effectively. You will make fewer mistakes, learn from those that you do make, and ultimately save money and effort.
