About this Event

For International Women's Day join The Prince's Trust and Dell Technologies to celebrate young women and learn how we can create an inclusive workplace to support them.

Dell Technologies are proud headline supporter of Change a Girl’s Life campaign, this International Women’s Day. Dell Technologies have been a partner of The Prince’s Trust for over a decade and we’re pleased to work with them to support more young women who have been disproportionately affected by the pandemic.

International Women's Day

IWD is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women. #ChooseToChallenge

"A challenged world is an alert world. Individually, we're all responsible for our own thoughts and actions - all day, every day. We can all choose to challenge and call out gender bias and inequality. We can all choose to seek out and celebrate women's achievements. Collectively, we can all help create an inclusive world. From challenge comes change, so let's all choose to challenge."

Learn from the experts:

• How confidence and self-belief can enable young women to succeed in their life and career.

• How your company can create the right recruitment processes to help young women access live vacancies.

• Have the opportunity to ask our panelists questions at the end.
