This qualification will give you with the knowledge required to work in a range of different environments within customer service role.

About this event
Important Information:
This is a 12-week (approx. 120 hours) Online Self-Study qualification course. It can be started anytime and accessed (via a learning portal) at times/days to suit you.
Register your interest and we will email you an application pack - learning cannot be started until these forms are completed and submitted.
Once all forms are submitted and approved we will send you further information on accessing the Learning Platform.
You can only apply for one course at a time however upon completion you can enrol on a further 2 courses per academic year.
Please note to enrol on this course learners must:
- Be aged 19+ on the 31/08/2024
- Live in the UK for 3 years/live in UK from EEA for 3 years, or have *pre-settlement or *Settled status from the Home Office (*proof required)
- Due to Government funding criteria, we are unable to accept learners who live in Scotland, Wales, N Ireland, Ireland or a devolved postcode areas. Please check with us if you are unsure.
Principles of Customer Service - Level 2 Qualification
This online self-study course allows you to study at your own pace at a time and day that is convenient for you, gaining a level 2 qualification.
Course Information:
In order to have a truly successful business, you need to provide good customer service. It is believed that 96% of unhappy customers don't ever complain; however, 91% of those simply leave and never comeback
This qualification will provide you with the underpinning knowledge required by employers to work in a range of different environments in a customer service role.
You will develop essential knowledge of how to carry out customer service related tasks such as how to manage information and support events.
Once you have completed the qualification you will be able to apply your knowledge in a variety of industries and job roles.

How Will I Learn:
All learning will be online (self-study) and can be completed at a time that suits without the need to attend college. Dedicated tutors will provide written feedback on the assessments and ongoing remote support where required.
The course includes online learning materials in the form of interactive resources and flipbooks, a personalised login to access the online learning portal will be given on enrolment.
Are there any exams or assessments?
You will be required to work through a series of tasks and activities designed to reinforce the learning process and demonstrate your knowledge. Your personal tutor will then assess your work and provide you with constructive feedback for each unit.
Will I achieve a qualification or certificate?
NCFE Level 2 Certificate in Principles of Customer Service.
