This course, presented by our Aladon registered RCM 2 practitioner and trainer, Chris James, is designed to provide the delegate with a high level of understanding of the Reliability Centred Maintenance (RCM) process, coupled with a sound knowledge of the underlying principles of facilitation.
The course begins by defining the aims of RCM and its historical origins. Subsequent modules address the failure process and what can be achieved utilising this knowledge. An examination of the available and applicable maintenance solutions towards an appropriate preventive maintenance programme are discussed, including tasks and the determination of task frequencies.
Multiple 'real world' case studies are used to amplify the theory and get you conducting and practicing RCM.
