About this Event

OVERVIEW

This three-hour interactive workshop will help you obliterate overwhelm, become focused & take action. Using the Clarity Wheel, we will help you get clear on what’s important in your life & show you how to ditch any distraction. Once you have set your priorities & you know where you are heading, we will work on the mindset that will get you there. You will learn three steps to break free from any limiting beliefs that are holding you back. You will leave with practical steps to help you get out of your own way & start creating the life you want.

Do you feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount you need to do? You go from blog to blog, reading book after book, receiving so much advice, but find yourself getting over-loaded & confused, leading to analysis paralysis. This part of the workshop will allow you to punch procrastination, ditch distraction so you can savour success. We’ll get you refocused to set your priorities & goals, providing you with clarity on your next steps to achieve success. In the busyness of life this workshop may be the only 90 minutes you take out before the end of the year to work on you long-term planning. Take control by joining us to escape the day-to-day so you can re-navigate yourself back to the right path.

PART TWO: MINDSET - THE POWER OF BELIEFS

Are the beliefs you have about yourself encouraging you to move forward & take action, or are they limiting you & stopping you from achieving your goals? Even though we speak to ourselves more than we do to anyone else, we rarely take the time to question the quality of our internal dialogue & the validity of our belief system. In fact, more often than not we are not aware of the beliefs we hold. The beliefs that are holding us back, limiting us to achieve what we want. This part of the workshop will shed light on your belief system & show you how to break from limiting beliefs & replace them with empowering beliefs that will help you move forward.

With a Psychology based degree & two coaching qualifications Laura works with people on a 1:1 basis helping them to uncover their blocks, question their limitations & explore their options for a life they want. Laura has also run workshops helping people to get out of their way & take action.
