Prism Photography Club provides a friendly forum for people who love photography to share and review each others' photos, and to further develop their photographic skills. We're always keen to welcome new members, and as part of these efforts we've organised this Photo Walk and Workshop to increase awareness of what we offer. However, even if you're not interested in joining we think you will benefit from (and hopefully enjoy!) the event in its own right.
The format is based around you going for a walk taking photos on three photographic topics, which we will provide on the day. There will be an initial introduction meeting of 30 minutes, during which Prism members will provide some ideas, hints and tips to provide some inspiration, then you will go out for an hour to seek some amazing photos, then we'll reconvene to review them. Prism members will be available to assist and advise during the Photo Walk.
The event is open to everyone interested, whether using a camera or a mobile - the principles of good photography are the same whichever medium is being used.
