Elevation are proud to have assembled one of the most experienced, credible coaching teams in Europe. Whether you want make a career out of professional wrestling or build your fitness, conditioning and resilience amongst friends; our coaches can help you meet your goals.
We want our facility to be as accessible as possible. And whilst we all get sweaty, there are a few things we can all do to make training fun for everyone.
Bring a gym towel, change of top and deodorant.
We don’t expect everyone to have wrestling boots or pads, but please do bring a clean pair of trainers if you don’t.
And don’t forget water. (Although we do sell bottles if you forget!)

6.30pm to 7.30pm - Beginners with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners
7.30pm to 9.30pm - Intermediate with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners
Wednesday
7.00pm to 8.00pm - Conditioning with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners
8.00pm to 10.00pm - Advanced with former WWE wrestler Joseph Conners
Thursday
6.30pm to 7.30pm - Beginners with former WWE wrestler Jakk Sellstrom
7.30pm to 9.30pm - Intermediate with former WWE wrestler Jakk Sellstrom
Frequently asked questions
Most of our classes are ages 16 and above. However we offer a kids class every Monday for ages 10 to 15. All of our trainers are CRB checked and have extensive training experience.
Bring a gym towel, change of top and deodorant. We don’t expect everyone to have wrestling boots or pads, but please do bring a clean pair of trainers. Remember to bring some water, however drinks are available to purchase if you forget.
