This is a one-day workshop for first line managers, business owners and developing managers, with limited people management experience.
We'll improve your confidence in getting the best from your team and you'll learn how to approach performance and misconduct issues for the best outcomes. You'll learn tools and techniques to enable you to manage proactively.

Motivate and inspire your team
Approach employee issues with increased confidence in an appropriate and timely manner
Identify differences between performance and misconduct issues and follow the correct process for each
Deal with poor performing employees confidently and within the law
Be effective and proactive in the management of sickness and absence
Manage misconduct safely
Be aware of, and confidently use tools and relevant documentation
