Description

If you regularly exercise and want to learn how to recover better, then this event is for you. A morning of proactive recovery workshops, post-exercise nutrition and a talk from a professional athlete on the role of protein within the diet.

09:30 -10:00 Welcome drinks and snacks

10:00-10-45 Beth Smith PiYo (pilates/yoga mix)

10:50 - 11:35 Helen Owen and Jordan Powell Pure Stretch and stretching for mobility. Plus a Q&A on how to improve flexibility, mobility and movement.

11:45 - 12:15 Guest Speaker Gareth Burns, professional athelete on the importance of protein

12:20 -13:00 Helen Wilkinson - Tasting and recipe demonstration on recovery nutrition

Enfys Juices and local gym N-MAC will be attending so you will be able to purchase juices, proteins, snacks and other supplements.

As the event is workshop based, please come in active wear.
