One week prior to the Problem Framing course, you will be invited to a team onboarding session to get more familiar with Mural or Miro - the digital collaboration tool we will be using in the training.

Are the tickets transferable?
Yes. If you need to request a ticket transfer, please email start@designsprint.academy. But! All requests must be made 72 hours prior to the event.
Should I attend the Onboarding session?
Yes. Going through this session will help you get set up to speed with the collaboration platform: Mural, which will be used during the workshop and reduce uncertainties.
