Are the tickets transferable?

Yes. If you need to request a ticket transfer, please email start@designsprint.academy. But! All requests must be made 72 hours prior to the event.

Should I attend the onboarding to Mural session?

If you haven't used Mural before or you have minimum experience with this platform, joining the onboarding session is recomended. In this session, we will teach you the basics of Mural and help you practice your newly accuired skills.
