Welcome to our first live and interactive webinar of the Nexus Patient Flow Improvement series.

This month we're joined by international speaker Mark Graban, author of various books including Lean Hospitals and The Mistakes That Make Us. We will be discussing problem-solving approaches, challenges, tips, and experiences, as well as the role that psychological safety plays in truly effective problem-solving teams.

The discussion will run for about 40 minutes, with the final 20 minutes open to questions from the audience. It will be a great discussion, we hope you can join us.
