Description

Free Numicon Taster Event

Embed problem solving and reasoning and deepen subject knowledge across your school

How can we develop mastery following the Numicon approach?

In this FREE Taster event we explore how Numicon offers a consistent teaching and learning approach centred around three guiding principles: communicating mathematically, generalizing, and exploring relationships, that allows children to understand, confidently explore and master abstract concepts.

With research-based resources and rigorous teaching support from nursery to Year 6, the Numicon approach enables all teachers to teach the expectations curriculum with confidence.

The session will include an introduction and overview of the Numicon approach, exploring a Numicon lesson and looking at how the programme works across the year groups. All attendees will go away with a free sample lesson to take back and try in their school.

Who should attend?
