Description
You have been identified to attend Process Awareness Sessions for the New Ordering and Finance System. (your name has been agreed with your Divisional Operational Directors, Corporate Directors or Head of Services)
Please use this invitation to select one of the available sessions over the next 7 days to accomodate your schedule and it can add this to your calender. They'll last between 45 mins to 90 mins dependant on questions.

FAQs
Is this Training? No. These sessions are for awareness so that as key stakeholders you'll be aware of the changes that are coming and how they may affect your department. Training for all users will be during march and invites will be sent before 26/02/2018.
Shouldn't my colleague also be invited? Not all staff are invited to PA sessions. The list of staff have been signed off by DoD's/Corporate Directors, and are for key stakeholders, typically, general/service managers/heads of services. All users will be invited to training during March (please see the above links for more information).
How Long are the sessions? They will be between 45 mins to 90 mins depedant on questions during the session.
Which Session Can I book onto? Please book early to have maximum flexibility for a session that suits your calender. There are multiple days and times for booking to accomodate differing schedules. Please select any session that is most convient for your current committments.
Which Room am I in? Please check the display in the reception of the education centre on your arrival.
What if I can't attend? Its important for you to attend and there are multiple days and times to accomodate your needs. Invites, booking and attendance will be communicated back to your line manager/divisional directors for a clear picture of preparedness for the upcoming changes.
