Procurement 101: Building Tender Documents

This entry-level training course is ideal for those new to procurement or looking for a refresher. The session will help you understand how to create compliant and effective tender documentation that supports successful procurement outcomes.

In this practical session, you will:

• Learn how to build a compliant, market-facing Invitation to Tender (ITT).
• Gain a clear understanding of how ITT components progress into final contract documents.
• Develop the skills to create ITTs that enable suppliers to submit their best possible proposals.

Please note:

• To ensure an interactive and engaging experience, cameras must remain on throughout the session, and participants are expected to take an active role.
• Places are limited to 12 participants to maximise learning and interaction. A waiting list will be created once the session is full.
• If you are unable to attend after registering, please release your place so that another member can participate.

This is a valuable opportunity to strengthen your understanding of tendering fundamentals and build confidence in your procurement practice.
