Adam Hill - Head of PMO - Central Digital Platform

Adam has been a Civil Servant for over fifteen years working on a number of policy areas. Specialising in delivering digital projects that are user friendly and intuitive, he is currently the Head of PMO for the Central Digital Platform Digital Delivery team within the Cabinet Office and is responsible for the Find a Tender (FTS) and Contracts Finder (CFS) services. Prior to joining the Civil Service, Adam worked for a number of private sector Facilities Management companies.

Lisa Stubbs - Head of Open and Transparent Contracting, Cabinet Office

Lisa has led the Open and Transparent Contracting Team for two years.

During this time, she has led the development of procurement transparency policy and contributed extensively to the underpinning transparency clauses in the UK’s new Public Procurement Act. This legislation is a generational change, bringing flexibility and greater transparency. She and her team are now deeply focused on realising the opportunity for transparency in the new regime.
