This Masterclass is designed for both Capital Works and Procurement Teams who are now dealing directly with the Act in action. We’ll reflect on how organisations are adapting to the new requirements, highlight emerging challenges and opportunities, and explore how the Act is influencing procurement approaches seeking to maximise continuous improvement and innovation throughout the life of a contract, what is working well, and where further preparation may be needed.
