Join us at our well-established Procurement Act Peer Support Group, designed to help procurement professionals and commissioners navigate the changes introduced by the new Procurement Act, which came into force on the 24th February 2025.
This session will focus on Supplier Negotiations—an area the Procurement Act 2023 introduced greater flexibilities around.
We’ll explore the benefits of effective negotiation, including:
- Better alignment of services to deliver organisational priorities.
- More beneficial contract terms and conditions.
- Improved supplier relationships that foster collaboration and innovation.
