Procurement event focused on the “bedding in” of the Procurement Act 2023

In May 2024 the Scottish Competition Forum held an event on the Procurement Act 2023 with the UK Government Cabinet Office, prior to the new legislation coming into force in 2024. At the time, we agreed that a follow-up event would be very useful to those involved in procurement in Scotland.

The event will provide an overview on how the Procurement Act 2023 is bedding in, as well as a focus on the limited areas of impact for devolved Scottish bodies and on the operation of the “two regimes” within the UK.

MFMac is pleased to invite SCF members to that follow-up event and are delighted that Tracy Pritchard and Richard Hassett from Cabinet Office will be in attendance.
