Event description
Procurement law seminar session - NHS SBS & Browne Jacobson LLP

About this Event

This procurement law session is split into three sessions. In the first session Rachel Whitaker will provide an update on key recent decisions including Amey Highways Limited v West Sussex County Council and look at how those decisions may impact contracting authorities as they conduct future procurements.

In the second session, Rachel will look at the impact of Brexit on procurement law and look at other issues which are on the horizon.

In the third session Rachel will provide a ‘refresher’ session on the law around ‘material changes’ to contracts and Regulation 72.

The session aims to be interactive with plenty of time for discussions and a Q7A session to finish.
