Product Development Workshop for Artists

Are you interested in using your artwork to create digital products such as greetings cards, prints and promotional materials?
Do you have questions such as;
Is it better to make them yourself or get them printed? Where do you start? What do you need? How do you do it?
This workshop aims to answer your questions and give you practical experience to create a file and product to take away with you.
During the workshop you will:
Gain advice about what you need to consider when creating a product
Meet others, share advice and suggestions
Learn cost-effective ways to photograph artwork with high quality results
Learn how to use templates to create a product
Create a postcard or greetings card with your photographed artwork
This workshop is suited to people working with 2 dimensional mediums such as collage, photography, textiles, illustration and graphic design. Please note that artworks for photographing must be no larger than A3. Some experience of Photoshop useful, though not essential. Some computer experience is essential.
