About this event

The last 18 months have been some of the most challenging in living memory for all, but none more so than us in the ​live music biz. So, we at Production Park wanted to do something to help our touring crew family come back together and celebrate what is hopefully the beginning of the road back to full scale live events whilst promoting the importance of mental health.

Introducing the Production Park Crew Social 2021 in partnership with the fantastic folk at We Need Crew, Music Support, Stagehand and Backup, with support from Subfrantic.

The Production Park Crew Social 2021 is a chance for touring crew to meet up with friends old and new, enjoy an informal BBQ and a few drinks, and play some video games on a 10m LED screen… all on us.


Crew Social will take place on Wednesday 15th September 2021 from 2pm to 8pm at The Mill Studio in SW London.

The event is exclusively for crew members who have been actively touring in the last 5 years​.

Please follow the links to book your ticket. 1 ticket per booking. If booking for multiple people, please book a ticket for each attendee.

Important Message: Places are limited so please only book a place if you are 100% able to attend. After you book a place, if your plans change and you become unable to attend, please cancel your ticket to allow us to offer your place to someone else.

Every no-show is a wasted spot for another member of crew that could have enjoyed the event.

About We Need Crew

WNC was started by touring colleagues Alice Martin & Karen Ringland in October 2020. We have raised over £270k for our chosen charity 'Backup Tech' with the help of our supporters. BackupTech has been operating for years with their benevolence fund to offer our industry workers grants for living costs or medical expenses, including for mental health therapy, and during the pandemic, they opened a Covid-19 relief fund. About Music Support

Since 2016 Music Support has been providing a number of core services to the industry, mostly provided by peers and volunteers with an industry background. We are not affiliated with any provider or treatment centre, although we have developed fantastic relationships with excellent clinicians and care providers to whom we will signpost our beneficiaries. No issue is too large or too small to be outside of our area of operation. We welcome the call of anybody working in the UK music industry who needs any sort of support. Find out more at
