Productive Conflict

This session on Productive Conflict will help delegates understand their response to conflict situations and discover new communication strategies when engaging with productive conflict with colleagues. This session will be powerful, interactive and insightful. Our speaker will not only aim to ensure all delegates have their own ‘aha moment’ and personal learning from the session, but will also demonstrate how they can encourage productive conflict (and reduce commonly occurring destructive conflict!) in their own workplaces. The ultimate aim is improving workplace behaviours and driving team performance.

About our Speaker:

Heidi Blakeway - Director, The Fruitful Group.

Heidi started her career as a graduate with Marks and Spencer, working as an HR Manager before going on to work in Senior HR and L&D roles for IKEA and npower.

Heidi’s true passion has always been developing people and behavioural change, using psychometric tools and assessment based learning solutions to enhance the learning and make it stick!

Today, Heidi is Director of The Fruitful Group, an established Authorised Partner for Everything DiSC® and The Five Behaviours of a Cohesive Team™ in the UK and a leading expert in using these transformational tools to drive and sustain workplace performance.

Combining this expertise with her authentic, influential and pragmatic facilitation style gives Heidi a powerful edge. Heidi demonstrates not only the credibility essential when working with senior leaders, but also the humility and relatability required when working with people at all levels. Heidi’s focus is always sustainability and results.

The Fruitful Group work successfully with a wide and diverse client base, private and public,
including Amazon, Sodexo, Bentley, and the NHS to name just a few.
