Jo Crebbin - Productivity expert and workshop leader
Jo is an independent consultant supporting primarily food businesses in strategy, operations and change. Acting as a business mentor as well as using her industry expertise, the common theme is supporting businesses who are growing or needing to change. She is also a part-time lecturer at the Business School in Operations and Supply Chain management and one of the productivity experts on the WYCA Business Productivity Scheme.

As Operations Director at Bettys she was responsible for the bakery, R&D and online teams and of Change Director she designed and led the review of the end to end business processes.
