The heart of sustainable business success lies in empowering all employees with the latest techniques to transform productivity at every level. Three world-class manufacturers have collaborated with Lancaster University to invest in the manufacturers of tomorrow through a pioneering programme.
This innovative one-year course is designed to develop your skills through insight, resources and peer-to-peer networking. You'll spend just two to three days away from your role per month, participating in masterclasses to broaden your knowledge and benefitting from coaching with a highly experienced manager.
