The heart of sustainable business success lies in empowering all employees with the latest techniques to transform productivity at every level. Three world-class manufacturers have collaborated with Lancaster University to invest in the manufacturers of tomorrow through a pioneering programme.

This innovative one-year programme is designed to develop your skills through insight, resources and peer-to-peer networking. You will participate in workshops, industrial visits, masterclasses as well as benefitting from a highly experienced mentor.

At this event you will meet the project team, learn more about how the programme could benefit your organisation as well as hear from Be The Business and BAE Systems about their involvement in the programme.

The event will include a tour of state of the art equipment housed within this facility - used to design, engineer and manufacture some of the most advanced technology in the world. Equipment includes a futuristic manufacturing robot that is capable of accuracies of 0.2 mm, and the Virtual Reality Cave used as a simulated learning environment.
