About the book
The New Business Road Test shows you how to test your idea before launching your lean start-up. It will help you to make sure that the business you build is based on a winning idea, enabling you to invest your time wisely and pitch to investors and customers with confidence.
Building on lessons learned by studying numerous entrepreneurs and investors, Professor Mullins sets out a practical framework for evaluating new business ideas. The book identifies seven domains for the assessment of any market opportunity and guides you through how to test and improve your idea. And an all-new chapter in this fourth edition even examines and brings to life the five models for getting your customers to fund your business! Above all, the book will help you to answer the essential question of 'why my idea will or won't work'.
"The New Business Road Test is a must-read for all entrepreneurs thinking about a lean start-up" -- Steve Blank, father of the lean start-up movement and author of The Start-Up Owner's Manual.
