This training has been designed to help support you to manage conversations and complex issues, which may be more challenging than before.

As organisations return to new ways of working, you may be dealing with people who now have a multitude of issues following the pandemic. This may make managing boundaries with people who have overlapping and complex issues, more challenging than before.  This training has been designed to help support you to manage conversations and help focus on the support/purpose of your role, whilst also being able to adequately signpost and support someone in the moment.Topics that will be covered include: 	◦	Common presenting issues / how these issues are managed	◦	Boundaries and disclosure	◦	Networking 	◦	Active listening, trauma informed approach - listening &amp; containment skills	◦	Ending a discussion - ending or progressing difficult conversations + key phrases	◦	Signposting  This training will provide participants with skills and tips for how to manage difficult conversations whilst maintaining appropriate boundaries.
