As organisations return to new ways of working, you may be dealing with people who now have a multitude of issues following the pandemic. This may make managing boundaries with people who have overlapping and complex issues, more challenging than before.

This training has been designed to help support you to manage conversations and help focus on the support/purpose of your role, whilst also being able to adequately signpost and support someone in the moment.

◦ Boundaries and disclosure

◦ Networking

◦ Active listening, trauma informed approach - listening & containment skills

◦ Ending a discussion - ending or progressing difficult conversations + key phrases

◦ Signposting

This training will provide participants with skills and tips for how to manage difficult conversations whilst maintaining appropriate boundaries. We will also cover signposting resources so that participants are able to give basic information to their group members who are presenting with common issues.
